Do you know the muffin man who lives on Drury Lane?I do not, however, these muffins could have been delivered by that 19th century delivery man in England (from Drury Lane). They were delicious!I placed a slice of apple on the top of each muffin and caramelized them by sprinkling that wonderful turbinado sugar on top.
